Kigali City is the capital of Rwanda and a beautiful and vibrant city with a lot to offer visitors.

Kigali offers a mix of modern development and traditional Rwandan culture. You can visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial to learn about the country’s tragic past or explore the Inema Art Center and Niyo Arts Gallery to see stunning Rwandan art.

Kigali is a hilly city with stunning views. Hike to the top of Mount Kigali for panoramic vistas of the city, or visit the Ivuka Arts Center, which is located on a hilltop with beautiful gardens.

Kigali has a growing restaurant scene, with everything from traditional Rwandan cuisine to international fare. Be sure to try some brochettes (skewered meat), matoke (plantains), and brochettes (skewered meat).  After a day of exploring, you can relax at one of Kigali’s many cafes or bars. The city also has a number of spas and massage parlors.

Kigali is a great city to visit for a few days or as part of a longer trip to Rwanda. With its rich history, beautiful scenery, and friendly people, Kigali is sure to leave a lasting impression.
