You will visit the major parks in Kenya, Masai Mara is a renowned wildlife reserve in Kenya, famous for the Great Migration. Amboseli National Park offers stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro and is home to diverse wildlife. Lake Nakuru is a picturesque soda lake with flamingos and other birdlife. Lake Naivasha is a freshwater lake known for its tranquil beauty. Diani Beach is a pristine coastal paradise with white sands and clear waters.
Itinerary
You will be picked up from the Airport
You will have an early morning start and drive to Masai Mara National Reserve. You will check in at your accommodation and have lunch. In the afternoon, you will enjoy a game drive. The reserve is famous for its populations of elephants, wildebeests, zebras, impalas, buffalos, gazelles, rhinos, lions, leopards and cheetahs. Activities in Mara include morning and afternoon game drives and night game drives to spot nocturnal creatures such as aardvarks and honey badgers. You can head out on a black rhinos tracking experience, guided bush walk, horse riding, a cultural visit to Maasai villages( at an extra cost) and markets, or take a magical hot air balloon safari over the plains of the Masai Mara, which can be arranged at an additional cost, followed by a beautiful breakfast. Your dinner and an overnight stay will be at the camp.
These will be a day of unlimited game drives. You’ll enjoy a full day exploring this reserve, one of Africa’s most iconic wildlife regions. An early start is needed to beat the sun’s heat to get some of the best game viewing of the day. This is when the big cats are most active and can provide some of the most dramatic photography.
You will also have an opportunity to drive down to the Mara River, the site of the Great Migration, in season —July through October. At the river, you’ll see hippos camouflaged in their natural habitat; you’ll spot the many crocodiles awaiting the wildlife traversing the river. This is a spectacle that has played out for millennia.
To bring more texture to your experience at the Mara, you may want to take advantage of several optional events at an extra cost. You’ll visit the local Maasai people in their nearby village. As the morning light breaks, you’ll take a pre-dawn hot air balloon ride high above the reserve.
You will have an early morning pick-up, then drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. Known all over the world for its flamingoes, it is alkaline and recognised as one of the world’s natural wonders. You’ll arrive at the flamingo-fringed Lake Nakuru National Park in time for lunch and an afternoon game drive. You will embark on a comprehensive game drive to this scenic park, which includes visits to viewpoints that offer superb photo opportunities. Lake Nakuru is one of several Rift Valley lakes, and its ecosystem supports a wide ecological diversity, with flamingos (greater and lesser) and other water birds being the area’s major attractions. The ecosystem provides for about 56 mammals, including the white rhino and buffaloes, and a variety of terrestrial birds, numbering nearly 450 species. You’ll arrive on time for lunch and
have an afternoon game drive. Your dinner and your overnight stay will be at the lodge.
You will have an early morning drive to Lake Naivasha. It is the highest and the most beautiful of the Rift Valley lakes). Naivasha is another area famous for bird watching (over 400 species). There are no crocodiles in the lake as the water is too cold for them due to altitude, but there are several hippos. One of the activities that you will do in Naivasha is a boat ride. You will also visit Crescent Island, which can be described as a garden, an animal sanctuary, or simply a little paradise. This magical space offers several unforgettable experiences that you should have. If you enjoy nature photography, you will be overwhelmed by the beauty of Crescent Island. Most animals here are herbivores, such as giraffes, zebras, impalas, and hippos. The fantastic thing is that you can walk among these animals without fear of harm or danger. Your dinner and your overnight stay will be at the lodge.
You will have an early morning drive to Amboseli National Park. You will check in at your accommodation and have lunch. In the afternoon, you’ll enjoy a game drive. Amboseli National Park is situated due south of Nairobi. Most of the park consists of a dry, ancient lake bed and fragile grassland with patches of acacia woodland. The southern area has several small, rocky, volcanic hills. The vegetation around the swamps Ol Tukai and Enkongo Narok is lush with yellow-barked acacias and phoenix palms. The park is
the best place to view large herds of elephants up close. There is an immense view of Mount Kilimanjaro which is across the border of Kenya and Tanzania. It is also dominated by vast Lake Amboseli, which is dry outside the rainy season. There are more than 600 species of birds in the park. You will spend your night at the camp.
You’ll wake up early for good views of Mount Kilimanjaro before clouds build up over the summit, and a packed lunch will be provided. An optional visit to a Maasai village can be planned after breakfast (at an extra cost). The visit reveals the singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals. A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a poignant experience. Despite its changing habitat, Amboseli National Park is possibly the best wildlife area in Africa to experience elephants at close range. You’ll have an early morning breakfast, check out with a game drive en route heading to Emali Station for the Madaraka Inter-County SGR Train, and adhere to the timelines. The train arrives at 9:27 am and leaves at 9:31 am to Mombasa terminal,
arriving at 2:00 pm. Your first-class ticket is included in this tour package, and you’ll enjoy the comfort of your air-conditioned compartment as you travel through sections of Amboseli. The train route is higher than the roadway and offers an elevated view. With its large windows, you’ll enjoy beautiful vistas of the passing landscapes. Our representative will pick you up upon arrival for a transfer to your beach resort, where you will spend your beach holiday. After check-in and freshening up, you can lounge by the poolside, taking in the beautiful sights of the ocean and palm trees. You’ll enjoy a restful time in this lovely place.
